  1. Some which I'd go for: Mortal Kombat: Annihilation, has to be done, as a huge fanboy of the games, there were plenty of "NO! THAT'S NOT HOW IT'S SUPPOSED TO BE!!" moments, without getting into how gloriously bad it is. Undefeatable, granted, it's considered a Hong Kong movie, however, it is the source material for the "Greatest Fight Scene EVER". Doom, Another video game movie which completely ignores the source material, but does have The Rock being a bad ass.

Miley deserves this for making this movie!

    Mortal Kombat Annihilation (1997)

I think this is the closest explanation they could provide: "Fuck it, this is all Outworld!"

Well, that happened in the games, Scorpion killed Sub Zero, so his younger brother assumed the Sub Zero moniker. Sub Zero was then resurrected by Quan Chi as Noob Saibot. However, this movie didn't bother explaining ANY of that, it's just "Shove as many guys as we can in here, fuck any kind of story or exposition, here's Sub Zero again".
  7. I think we've just written Sharknado 4.
  8. Okay, but, are we in agreeance that number 4 would be "Sharknado in Space". Where, this time, the human race has to create a Sharknado to block an asteroid hitting the earth? Then, Ian Ziering has to fly through the Sharknado, with Tara Reid in tow, using her buzzsaw hand to cut through the asteroid before it hits earth.
  9. You mean "West Side GORY!!"
  10. Okay, one correction Kurt Angle is an Olympic Gold Medallist (Freestyle Wresting - Atlanta 1996), and actually won the Gold Medal with a broken neck. He then became a Pro Wrestler. He was also in Pain & Gain as a Prison inmate and Warrior as an undefeated Russian Olympic Gold Medallist. He also made this:

    Battle of the Year (2013)

I watched this movie by accident, and I'm still trying to figure out what the fuck I have just seen. Here's the trailer to help you figure it out. I've got a basic outline: A drunken basketball coach is apparently qualified enough to coach a team of breakdancers, but they don't like each other, until they do when they go to the World Championship and Chris Brown can't act. Also, marvel at the amazing shoe-horning of the director's own documentary into the movie, it was so badly done, they might as well have looked into the camera for some tongue-in-cheek plugging. Battle of the Year got 6% on Rotten Tomatoes. To put that into perspective, the nominees Razzie Awards for Worst Film in 2013 got the following: Movie 43 - 4% (Winner) Grown Ups 2 - 7% After Earth - 11% The Lone Ranger - 30% A Madea Christmas - 19% It's definitely worth a look.

    Episode 87.5 — Minisode 87.5

Well, you missed out his greatest musical triumph Also, if you want to read up on more Hogan, check out the "Lies of Hulkamania" Thread http://forum.earwolf.com/topic/15535-in-honour-of-a-night-of-hulkamania-i-present-the-lies-of-hulkmania/
  13. What makes it worse is that they made him champion, against Arquette's will. They basically said "Look, motherfucker, we're promoting your movie, now you take the belt". But, Arquette did donate his entire pay off from his WCW run to the families of Brian Pillman, Darren Drozdov and Owen Hart.
  14. Oh shit, I forgot that one. Those last couple of years in WCW were hilariously bad as well. One of my favourite moments was Shawn Stasiak, he was interfering in a match, and he's sneaking to the ring, trying to not be seen, which was rendered completely pointless when what you saw was a guy sneaking to the ring, on what was essentially an elevated catwalk, with his theme song being played as he's doing it.
  15. Nothing compares to WCW's RoboCop cameo.
  16. http://grantland.com...ay-career-zeus/ A slew of henchman roles followed until No Holds Barred, the Hulk Hogan vehicle that answered the question: What if Ed Wood were still alive and made a film about professional wrestling? Lister nailed the audition, arriving in character as Hogan’s rival, Zeus, a psycho ex-con with a Z shaved into his head and an Anthony Davis–esque unibrow. He had only a handful of lines in the film, with most of his screen time dedicated to beatdowns and wild mugging — but considering his primary objective was terrifying the target audience of 9-year-old Hulkamaniacs, the performance is iconic in its precision. To appear as a threat to the similarly enormous Hogan, Lister bulked up to 305 pounds. But no amount of muscle could protect him when, while filming the climactic fight scene, Hogan broke Lister’s nose. “Man, I caught Tiny. I don’t know if I was tired or overzealous, but I just splattered his nose.5 I was apologizing, afraid to God he would kill me, but he was way cool about it,” Hogan says. “We had this thing we would say to each other, ‘Free James Brown,’ if he squeezed me too tight or I was squeezing him too tight. We both loved James Brown’s music so, if he was choking me too tight or I was choking him too tight, we’d say, ‘Free James Brown,’ which would make us laugh so we could loosen up. When I hit his nose, he goes, ‘I thought you loved me. What about James Brown?’”6 While No Holds Barred flopped at the box office and was ravaged by critics — Roger Ebert called it “a disgusting film” — it provided a built-in angle for a main-event feud in the World Wrestling Federation. A few weeks before the film debuted, Lister appeared on WWF programming as Zeus, the No Holds Barred character, claiming that Hogan had prevailed in the movie only because the fight was staged. It was meta before meta. The Hogan-Zeus program main-evented three WWF pay-per-views in 1989. At first, Lister wasn’t interested in wrestling. “I ain’t really into putting my hand up in between some dude’s legs,” he says today. The money, however, towed him into the ring. Nearly 25 years later, Lister can recite the exact paydays: $56,000 for SummerSlam, $17,000 forSaturday Night’s Main Event, $40,000 for No Holds Barred: The Match, and $35,000 for Survivor Series.7 “Vince McMahon was a great negotiator,” Lister says. “He would already wire the money into my account before he even started [negotiating]. Who’s going to say no?You’re going to take 56,000 out of your checking account?”

    The Tooth Fairy

What about "The Tooth Fairy 2" starring Larry The Cable Guy?
  18. Imagine a successful British girl band of the late 90s. Now, put them in a movie. "Oh, Smigg, we already did that, it's Spiceworld! Fucking idiot" HA! I knew you would say that, but you're wrong! In the late 90s, the Spice Girls had a rival girlband, named "All Saints", they were cooler, they were edgier. They were nothing like they Spice Girls, apart from them singing inoffensive pop songs... and they also had a black one... but they were different, I swear. Here's the trailer, it's in French, but that doesn't matter. even in English, you have fuck all idea about what's happening So, the synopsis reads Storyline The film is an edgy black comedy set in swinging London in the late 60s. The All Saints girls play three street wise sisters who head 'up West' to rob and generally cause trouble. The movie, directed by Dave Stewart of The Eurythmics, cost £3,000,000 to make (Just over $5,000,000), and brought in £111,309 ($186,598.41) So, if you take Spice World, take out the tongue in cheek element, add in guns, drugs and tits, you have Honest.

Episode 86 — Ernest Goes To Jail

I have a theory on the Pink prison guard uniforms, I doubt it's even the reason why they used it, but it could explain it. Pink has been used in prisons, because it is seen as a calming colour. Even today, pink is being used, either on the walls of the prison, or inmate uniforms, although, the latter is used more as a punishment.
  22. I saw this article on Cracked, about movies and TV series that overlap in weird ways. http://www.cracked.com/article_19323_6-movie-tv-universes-that-overlap-in-mind-blowing-ways.html So, I thought it would be pretty cool to put forward our theories as to which other movies could overlap. I have a theory that "Spice World" is actually a prequel to the Crank movies, If you listen to the "Spice World" episode, there was an implication that Geri Halliwell banged one of the aliens that visited earth. In Crank 2 we see a young Chev Chelios on a talk show, with his mother, Geri Halliwell, and Young Chev also reveals that he never met his father, that being the Alien that Geri banged in Spice World. Being an Alien baby would explain his amazing physical resilience, having survived a dose of fatal Chinese poison, falling out of a hellcopter, having his heart removed, massive elecrical shock, and incineration. However, another surprising overlap, Wedding Crashers. Where a "Mr. Kroeger" (Dwight Yoakam) is going through divoce proceedings. Doc Miles in Crank never revealed his full name, he was also struck off for "Botching his ex-wife's vaginal rejuvination in his basement", which would mean he would be back to being "Mister", and was known for visiting whores while he was married. So, Spice World, Crank and Wedding Crashers are all part of the same universe... I really have too much time on my hands right now.

    Episode 84.5 — Minisode 84.5

No worries, glad I could help What's happening now is some of ours are getting changed, not for censorship reasons, but to grab a wider audience. Like the new Die Hard movie. That was in the cinema with a 12a rating, meaning little kids could go to see it if they were with an adult. However, when the DVD came out, it was the "Harder Extended Version". So they can have more people going into the cinema, and then get the resale on the DVD, and the 12a version wasn't released on DVD at all.

    Episode 84.5 — Minisode 84.5

Well, we had a really weird experience with Die Hard With A Vengeance. They released the movie over here, but they didn't tell us that it was heavily edited. They just released it. And because I'm such a Die Hard fan boy, I'd seen it a shitload of times. One night, BBC One showed Die Hard with a Vengeance, and it was somehow different. For example, when they commandeer the car with the cell phone, and they say "Who was the 21st president?" I'm used to hearing the guy say "Go take a hike!" However, on BBC, he shouts back "Go fuck yourself!" I don't know why they did that, but I think the Blu Ray is now the real version. But, we're pretty liberal with letting things go on over here, we have a TV channel called "Babestation". I'll tell you the premise of Babestation. Girl with her tits out, playing with them... that's about it really. Our movie channels are encrypted, so you put a PIN number in, and you can watch it. So we have 18 rated films on, during the day, but they're behind a PIN. On network TV, we have the 9pm watershed, so when it's after 9, we get the language, the violence, the sex etc. So "Sliver" was shown unedited, in it's entirity, the only edits they made was putting in cuts to allow for adverts, but as far as the sex, it was all in there.

Sliver was a big part of my formative years. Here in the UK, we always got an "Erotic Thriller" on a Friday night on Channel 5. Usually starring Shannon Tweed, but they must have shown Sliver every 6 weeks.
