  1. I think I misunderstood the assignment. https://soundcloud.com/condawgng/we-just-listened-to-some-plugs

Sean and Hayes are on Comedy Bang Bang!!! Fuck me!!

Such a great ep! I hope Scott gets some more attention from having Sean and Hayes on his podcast. He's got so much potential.
  3. I relistened to this the other night (apparently on the anniversary of the show according to suckeredyou! Unless he's suckered me. I had no idea). "Why Am I Still Here" by The Journeymen has been stuck in my head ever since, so I decided to record a cover

    Cord Passing

I thought it was that Scott tossed the cord onto the table, JUST out of Scott's reach.

    Plug Me This

Well shit, I had the same idea with slightly different execution. Posted it, came to look at other plugs songs that've been posted, saw that you beat me to the punch.

    Announcing Earwolf's New CEO

Thank you for all you've put in at Earwolf, Jeff. You've helped me through some really hard times. Earwolf was part of why I decided to start podcasting myself, which has grown into a larger part of my life than I anticipated, and I'll continue growing it as much as I can. It keeps me busy, it keeps me distracted, which keeps me happy. As well as so many shows on Earwolf that do the same. I'm pretty drunk, so I'm not sure I'm expressing myself properly, but truly, Earwolf has changed my life in a significant way. Because of the inspiration I drew from the shows on this network, I've decided I want to go into audio engineering as a career. Or voice acting. I dunno. Something with audio, something that I'm learning with my podcasts. Just, thank you. I look forward to seeing what else you start up in the future, and I'll support you all the way. You've done great things here at Earwolf, and it's incredibly admirable that you're able to recognize when it's your time to pass the torch. I love this network, and everyone involved, and I don't know where I'd be without it. I know it would be worse than where I am now, and for that, I thank you. I can only dream that someday the things I'm associated with can have this big of an affect on somebody else's life.
  8. Is it solipsistic in here, or is it just me?

My first original song in 8 months, "No Escape" by 80hp

Got another one - Started writing this before I went to bed last night, stayed up a bit later than usual to start programming the drums, never went to bed, started recording as soon as everyone else woke up. So damned happy my writer's block is over. I've got CBB's Plugs themes to thanks for that, got me in the habit of recording again.
  10. I've done a few plugs songs for CBB recently to get back in the habit after an 8-month hiatus from writing music ("hiatus" meaning I had nothing), and last night I finally got pen to paper (metaphorically, "fingers to keyboard" doesn't sound as cool) and got some shit written that I didn't hate. Powered through and recorded it all recorded today. Looking for opinions and criticism. Any input is appreciated.

    You made it plugs...

Ahahaha. Well done. Reminds me of the "Who Said It" intro.
  12. Well done, this is great

    Respite from a Plug

https://soundcloud.c...-a-plug/s-Hgbj9 Used harmonica in this one, which I'm unsure about. It's the first time I've used harmonica in a song, and it sounds a little sloppy to me. I'm no John Popper. Let me know what you think. Here's a version without it in case it's shit. https://soundcloud.c...no-harp/s-qKt5T

    It's Time for Plugs

Thanks, bud. Definitely my favorite of the three I've done so far. I'll probably make another one tomorrow.
