I'm sorry for having an opinion. The one-on-one episodes are usually disappointing to me. And I'm only a mild fan of Ben Schwartz. He talks a lot and steps on jokes.

Its definitely worth it. At 30 bucks for the season, with 2 episodes per week, you're talking 57 cents for 90+ minutes of entertainment. And even less when you factor in the bonus episodes. Plus, subscribers get to download the episodes 4-5 hours earlier than non-subscribers. And that's especially fun on Sunday nights, because I can time it where I watch the new Players' Club episode, and by the time its over, there's a brand new CBB waiting.

I'll do your podcast advertising survey right now--the majority of your listeners cannot afford to shop from Bonobos or Trunk Club. Even with a discount, most of us don't pay $80 for one pair of pants. Also, this wasn't the greatest episode. Certainly nothing special or memorable about it. I can only handle so much of Ben Schwartz trying to riff on every other word before I need a PFT or a Daly or an Adomian etc. to come in as a character and do the damn thing. I like Benny Schwazz but this was a little much.

I came to the CBB podcast late last year.I jumped around a lot at first. Getting the Tompkins, Daly, Adomian, St. Clair, etc, episodes out of the way first. Now I'm picking up the ones I missed.

"It Might Get Loud".... I only rented that because I play guitar, but I should have known better. Jack White's a snob and The Edge probably hasn't practiced playing the guitar since the 80s. Oh, and I think Jimmy Page is in it too. Basically, its an "ode to sloppy guitar playing".

I think its common knowledge that Caddyshack is 2 different films. You've got all the Bill Murray parts that are funny, then there's the boring Chevy Chase golf stuff. There's a lot of old comedies I'd put over Caddyshack. A movie like Blazing Saddles is pretty old, but it still stands up strong with all the comedies that have come after it. Unlike Caddyshack. Silver Streak is another example. The first half is boring as hell. Then Richard Pryor shows up and its funny.

I wish they could have Jimmy Pardo on one of these. He would be great with these guys. Kulap went to Laos to get away from U2.

Good question. I'm not sure why they couldn't do more video podcasts. I'm also not sure why they had to do live streams. improv4humans and Fogelnest Files definitely need to be video podcasts.

They should do a special podcast where the comedians try to stay in 2-3 characters at once. Its always great when PFT or Nick Kroll, etc. has to talk to themselves in character.
