I think more so than that it can be chalked up to including Inhumans in Agents of SHIELD. Daisy Johnson is practically the lead character now and Quake is pretty damn badass to see go at it on screen. When they announced they were going to do Inhumans stuff I thought it was going to be her team of Inhumans going off on their own since they're all about spinoffs (or at least were before they trashed Mockingbird RIP) but what they gave us instead looks real bad and they should feel bad.

If you take out the music from Judy Garland's performance of "I Don't Care" and replace it with Echoes it all matches up perfectly.

This doesn't really answer your question but I pretended I hated all things animation and anime (basically anything not Disney related) from 10-18. It just was verrrryyyyy uncool to be into Pokemon past 1999 so even though I was still playing it and watching the show after school I would act like I hated that and all of the other amazing shows that I had discovered during that time. Part of me regrets this and then again I know how much I was already picked on so I'm kinda glad I didn't add fuel to the fire lmao.
