According to Maron they literally only had rights to the name so it sounds like it's going to be very fictionalized.

I've mentioned this before because it's also a movie that I recognize is terrible but I genuinely love it with all my heart There's so much to discuss when it comes to this movie.

Update: She just texted me and said Ashley is not really a conversationalist. She wasn't really given much to work with and ended up talking about the weather this weekend lol. Even then Ashley only said, "I hope it's sunny."

It still surprises me every time I remember that it was technically a flop. It's amazing!!!

Definitely not as good as the others, but there were laughs. I rewatched a bit of Spy the other day and that one is so damn funny that I was mainly thinking of it lol.

RE: Comedies I am also in the camp of not actively seeking out comedies but I genuinely loved Trainwreck as well as every movie Melissa McCarthy has done in the last few years. I fully believe that when it comes to trailers no one knows how to cut one for a comedy. They always ALWAYS look like those are the only jokes they have and are on par with those shitty Sandler movies. I usually just try to pay attention to director/cast because I'm more likely to go see something in theaters if I can actually have faith in it obviously lol.

A friend of mine out in LA is doing some temp assisting for a casting director this week and just filled me in that Ashley Tisdale is on the books for tomorrow. I gave her two questions to ask 1. Why do the twins always try out for parts of lovers? 2. Just in general like why????????

I also had a crush on Tuxedo Mask, but then I realized what anime guy didn't I have a crush on as a kid??? Basically every anime that was on Adult Swim in the early 2000s had a character that I was diggin'. But definitely add on Gambit to that situation cause yes. Also I think young me was into Aladdin.
