    Con Air.

I can't believe we're getting Con Air and Face/Off back-to-back, and with the return of June! Was anybody at the show on Saturday night?

    EPISODE 2 - A Mechanic's Garage

I also thought of Man-Bat at that point in the conversation! I used to have an action figure of him and it was one of my favorites. This was another great episode. The monologue, interview and improv scene were all fantastic. I hope this podcast goes on forever or, selfishly, at least until I die. Some moments I loved: - A diaper full of explanations - Settlers of Catan mixed with the Stanford Prison Experiment - A mysterious $5 bill appears... Sully uses Dance... It is not very effective... Sully fainted... - "Powerpuff, Powerpuff, Powerpuff..." - Affable Bowel Syndrome, there is no cure - Coach tips (here's a Coach tip: "Coach" is returning to TV this fall) - PFT's Irish cop suspiciously sounded exactly like Atlas from Bioshock when he's doing his fake Irish accent...

    EPISODE 343 — Athlete's Head

Hahahaha, oh man, Victor defending Tiny again and then Scott's "LEAVE HIM ALONE!!!" callback killed me. You really can't go wrong with Victor and Tiny, they haven't disappointed me yet, and Jon Gabrus was fantastic from start to finish. I wouldn't have even realized Alicia's from Dune, one of my favorite sci-fi movies, if they didn't point it out.

    EPISODE 2 - A Mechanic's Garage

Same problem. Also no Comedy Bang Bang?! Edit: Link works now, all is right in the universe.

    Abraxas, Guardian of The Universe

I was going to post about this but was pleasantly surprised to see it has already been suggested. I hope the gang considers this, especially after the announcement that they could have Paul F. Tompkins on as Werner Herzog sometime in the future for Bad Lieutenant: Port of Call New Orleans. This makes me very hopeful that they could invite Jesse Ventura (James Adomian) on to talk about Abraxas, as this would instantly be one of my favorite episodes (if not #1).

EPISODE 107 — Lake Placid: LIVE!

Sorry for posting so much, but I just watched this and it's a funny coincidence (and fits with what some users from the UK said earlier about "a mental"): I'm also really excited for Face/Off and for Bad Lieutenant: Port of Call New Orleans with Werner Herzog (PFT). How about Abraxas, Guardian of the Universe with Jesse Ventura (James Adomian)?

EPISODE 107 — Lake Placid: LIVE!

How did I miss the obvious answer?! Thanks for clearing this up, but I still hope Paul might address it on the minisode.

EPISODE 107 — Lake Placid: LIVE!

No seriously, does anybody else hear the two background farts at 45:00 - 45:05?! I'm no ass scientist, but the lack of response to my question makes me think I might be a mental.

'Zouks in the upcoming season of Community!

Finally watched the episode, Mantzoukas was seriously amazing. He seemed perfect for that role. The most amazing thing in the episode though, definitely one of the best things in any Community episode, was that insane reference to the IT lady and how Frankie couldn't get a hold of her, and how she would hear a high-pitched noise that made her nose bleed... The reason this is so fucking awesome is that this is a reference to how Paget Brewster played the IT lady in a previous season, so trying to contact her is causing some kind of anomaly in the show's reality. This season is great! I hope 'Zouks is a recurring character.
  10. I just saw him, along with Paget Brewster and Keith David as new regulars (I don't think Zouks is recurring, but that would be amazing), and now all of my worries about this season are gone. He also looks like he's in top-form in the scene from the promo. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WtbBqJez33k

What guest do you want to see?

As many people from that gang as possible, especially because we know Kaitlin Olson and PFT are pals... Great suggestion. Another amazing suggestion. My suggestion: Werner Herzog. I honestly think you could get him, he was hilarious on Parks & Rec and it seems like he doesn't mind poking fun at his own demeanor.

EPISODE 107 — Lake Placid: LIVE!

Bohren, you just made me think: maybe the stage direction was something lost in translation between the handwritten script and the assistant who typed it out. It could've been the assistant's mistake and then for some reason nobody caught it and it remained as dialogue, and Gleeson was just like "fuck it"... A bit far-fetched, but to me it makes some sense and could help explain some of the lines in this movie. Maybe there was something about Pullman's character saying he should be heroic, but the assistant couldn't read the shitty handwriting and put "stoic" instead.

EPISODE 107 — Lake Placid: LIVE!

Is that the first time they ever had to stop a clip in a live show because a guest got such a big laugh? Nicely done, PFT. I'm sorry but I have a favor to ask of everyone. Can you please go back to the 45:00 mark, listen until 45:05, and tell me if you hear anything in the background? I'm hearing two wet farts and they sound real, so I'm really hoping maybe this can be addressed in the next minisode. Anyone? Also this: One last thing: Lake Placid vs Anaconda premieres April 25th on SyFy, as you can see in HypnotizingChickens post above... PLEASE DO AN EPISODE FOR THIS MOVIE. Nicki Minaj is in it! WHAT IS HAPPENING?!

EPISODE 107 — Lake Placid: LIVE!

I wonder if anyone thought "he's a mental".

EPISODE 107 — Lake Placid: LIVE!

A double dose of Paul F. Tompkins! I'm glad I get to fall asleep listening to this in a few minutes. I watched both of these movies as a kid and rewatched them for the podcast, and I just have to say: Deep Blue Sea > Lake Placid, although both have a stellar (skateboard) cast.
  16. I don't know exactly what this means, but I like it.

    EPISODE 1 - A Denny's Parking Lot

Sponchos? There were so many parts that made me laugh really hard, I don't even know what to reference. Rumpledumpskin, performing atrocities, making out with waffle faces, the ad with two people trapped under rubble... There are so many more that I'll have to listen to it again tonight just to remember all of the things that made me laugh. Also, brilliant idea by Engineer Brett to give everyone the ability to make those transition sounds.

    Cayendo

I was waiting for an "I ain't!" after this... I strongly disagree, I think he's an essential part of the podcast.

    EPISODE 1 - A Denny's Parking Lot

It's here! I'm so glad this is a thing now, sounds like an amazing first episode... Jumping in now! Paul asked on Twitter what fans of this podcast should be called. My suggestion is "Spontanentities"

    Plug Vortex

I am not a musician and this isn't technically a song, nor did I create this. I used an invention created by my late grandfather called a "sonic emission pulsification unit" or SEPU to track the current location of the plug bag and pick up any sounds that are coming from inside. What I recorded seems to be coming from inside of a swirling vortex of sound located directly in the center of the bag, emitting a transtemporal loop of Governor Jesse Ventura since he has been trapped inside. Here is 40 seconds of the recording: https://soundcloud.c...omb/plug-vortex Disturbingly, this recording suggests that Dov Charney is still in possession of the plug bag and/or is inside of the vortex with Governor Ventura, and some part of Scott, or at least a sonic memory imprint (SMI) of Scott, is trapped inside the bag as well. If you (Brett? ...Cody?) choose this as a plugs theme, please credit me as either Oddbomb or Tom Jeff Paulkins, it's totally up to you.
