Hey admins, can we start a stickied questions thread for Sark? I don't know much about D&D but love the show and I figure there are a few of us loyal listeners in the same boat. If Sark ever pops in to answer some that would be cool and informative. One question I'd ask him is what is the highest level this group has managed to get to in any edition of D&D? If Gerry's Ell Ryan is any indication, they seem to expect the lifespan of a Bic lighter owned by a sickly hamster. Thanks!

I shared this via twitter and Gerry said it's Sark HQ. I'm inclined to agree. But seriously, thanks Sark and congratulations! I look forward to more campaigns in the future!

Please READ upon casters... WAY off dudes, a caster be them Mage or Cleric, has a number of spells they can cast, of each lvl. Depending on the casters lvl in question. AFTER these are all exhausted, then and only then do they need to study/pray for spells Sark.....Blaine.....really dudes? Brian your cool, great job on your first caster. Shame Shame on the rest of you, read up guys Perhaps a Spell point system would work better for the groups stlye of rolepalying. Caster has ______ # of spell points they get per lvl to use each day, before "study/praying" spells cost ____# spell points to cast. very simple. I have a great 2nd ed spellpoint system already. if anyone wants it please just let me know, ill try to post it on here later/ I had to speed home on the 91 to post this.... I AM outraged as a Wizard.... albeit a Bad one... for the Greatest of all Classes to be treated like this...... tisk tisk gentlemen :::::wags finger::::: ok now im rule guy,..... great........ just great

So there may be a thread for this already, but I couldn't find it. Mr Sark, how did you become the DM. I have played D&D literally one time, but I'd like to play more and in the event of no one stepping up to DM, I want to be able to do it. So my question is this: What does it take to become a DM? What trials and tribulations do you have for those who want to try? You seem to be really knowledgeable about the whole process and, maybe most importantly, you're FLEXIBLE. You really know how to roll with the punches and still make it fun for most, if not, everyone. How do you do it?

So, what are the collectors doing? Should I bother to have a theory about this? Probably not, but here we go. So, remember when the scavenger said that everything in the ocean seems to drift away from everything else? The only way that makes sense is if the planet is expanding. (It's like blowing up a balloon with dots drawn on it. All the dots get farther away from each other.) Put this together with the map with the slowly growing sphere, the break symbol, and the symbol for the elemental water plane, and bingo bango, whisky tango -- the collectors are flooding these planets with water from the elemental plane through the break, which is some kind of dimensional portal. Maybe they're going to drain the planets once they've drowned everybody, or maybe they're just huge fans of Waterworld, which would be worse. Any other theories?
