I see your point but say no. Because those films at least are funny or have some redeeming qualities. How High does not. I've seen it. It's awful. It's perfect for the show.

Not to mention those movies' plotlines seem pretty normal for stoner comedies ("We can't find the restaurant!"). This is a movie about guys smoking special weed that makes them smart enough to get into Harvard. That's next-level crazy.

I think How HIgh would be perfect for HDTGM. It's such a ridiculous movie. Here are some highlights (SPOILERS):

 

- Method Man and Redman smoke the ashes of their dead friend, Ivory. He becomes a ghost whenever they smoke this ash infused weed.

 

- Ivory helps them pass their THC Exams (SATs) and they get accepted to HARVARD

 

- Mike Epps is a pimp who smacks people with baby powder

 

- Lisa Turtle is Method Man's love interest.

 

I mean what more could you want? Entertaining for sure. Fucking stupid and ridiculous? absolutely!
