JulyDiaz 2797 Posted September 12, 2014 Chris Sullivan from Cinemax's 'The Knick' pays a visit to the calming shores of Sklarbro Country for the very first time! Tune in to hear the guys talk about the unorthodox creation of the show, how television is being revolutionized by drama series, and how Sully learned his Irish accent. Plus, Bryant Gumbel calls in, the Sklars give their take on the NFL/Ray Rice debacle, and the crew get into some medicinally inspired Quick Hits. Share this post Link to post
Quasar Sniffer 4174 Posted September 14, 2014 It was great to hear Chris Sullivan on the Country. I absolutely adore The Knick but I never expected to get an interview with a cast member like him in any sort of long-form fashion, so I greatly enjoyed this episode. Soderbergh makes good fiction and Sullivan is outstanding on the show. Share this post Link to post

Kickpuncher 5012 Posted September 14, 2014 "Juanito" isn't equivalent to "little Johnny", because "Johnny" is already the diminutive of John. Anyway, good episode, always love me some Gumbel. Share this post Link to post
