Concerning a OCP-esque company that makes robotic killing machines, this movie features Brad Dourif as a mad robotics engineer, a female lead acting like Joan Severance from No Holds Barred on crack, and a bunch of horribly made robots. It's insane in that it seems like they gave Dourif acid and said to go nuts as he dresses like a grunge band groupie, busts out in a Sylvester the cat accent, and blackmails people with info he got by hacking. There are also cartoon sound effects, hippy eco-terrorists, and a robot, that seemed to be the inspiration for the robot from Judge Dredd, that sees the world as if it's a video game, this movie is bonkers.
