Major Payne (Damon Wayans) leaves his Marines service and heads to live life as a civilian. He has no idea what to do as a civilian, so his commander finds him a job as a commanding officer, of a local school.  Hilarity ensues!

Best joke this movie has is the scene where he's fantasizing about marrying the counselor and adopting a child who presumably already has parents, but can't help but then fantasize about ninjas attacking his party.

If I've learned anything from the work of David Lynch, it's that always expect some unexpected evil to be just outside your white picket fence.

This movie would have been much more enjoyable had David Lynch directed it.
