Great episode. The Scottish TV series Greg mentioned, Taggart, is actually still running: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Taggart They've done 27 (short) seasons since 1983.

 

The Twitter feed for the UK TV series QI announced yesterday that Greg will be on an episode this year, which should be fun.
