My high school chemistry teacher told us that they changed from the skull and crossbones sticker to the yucky face sticker literally because kids thought it was "pirate juice" (he actually used those words). He may have been lying, but it's awesome that it has come up again.

I've listened to this episode about 5 times now and it still cracks me up. Probably my favorite episode since Farts and Procreation or the Marissa and Ms Listler ep at least.

 

This episode prompted me to listen to John Mulaney's two standup albums and I thoroughly enjoyed them both.
