Tell your grandparents to stop being racist and leave us a message about racism at (323) 389-RACE. Share this post Link to post
KajusX 1807 Posted January 16, 2013 "Fuck yo' foody-ass grandparents" is a sentence I've never heard in my life, and it delights me to no end now that I have. Share this post Link to post
Lurdiak 1 Posted January 16, 2013 A local japanese restaurant I've been to is owned and mostly staffed by people who, from the language they speak, I believe are Korean (I've never asked) but at least are very clearly not Japanese. This wouldn't be noteworthy, but what is is that they play it up like they are Japanese, without straight up saying it. It blows my mind that "restaurant authenticity" is such a thing that they feel the need to play that way to make their white customers feel like they got their money's worth.
