Does the same occur if you listen to the episode directly on SoundCloud? (You can click the SoundCloud icon in the top right hand corner of the player to open in SC) I have sent an email to my technical contact over there to see if this is an issue with which they are familiar, and I will update this thread if I hear anything specific. This is due to an issue we had a few days back that has since been corrected, and some regions could possibly still be experiencing the issue in iOS because of Apple's caching process. It really should be 100% fixed by now (my own iPad is retrieving every episode), and I have a support ticket in to our contact at iTunes to be certain of this, but if you are still experiencing the issue, I also recommend Bruce's suggestion, or accessing the episodes directly from SoundCloud at Sorry for the inconvenience, guys.

Yeah, I'm sorry for the trouble, but I'm unable to replicate this on my end, I'm getting all back episodes through iTunes and RSS.

Totally agree with you, Pants Masterson. We're currently exploring ways to improve our forum and generally encourage this kind of conversation sitewide. It will probably be some time before the kind of improvements you're talking about will start materializing, but I'm working to make improvements to the site all the time. For one thing, our "shows" menu is about to become a lot less unwieldy, so look for that to launch later this week. And thanks for your feedback!
