AriannAdams 3 Posted August 5, 2013 The worst. Oh lord. I don't even know if I want them to do this movie. It was god awful. Favorite line "I can't get a job! I need someone to take care of me!" - Lohan Share this post Link to post
jarrycanada 2483 Posted August 5, 2013 Are you talking about that Lindsay Lohan masterpiece The Canyons.! Â That's like the greatest movie ever, second to the room. If you love daytime television soap opera's or if you just find your self watching adult movies for the acting then your in for a special treat. dare I say it but this movie makes the room look like a watchable movie. because I found my self fast forwarding most of The canyons. I have no idea how it ended but it was a painfully boring movie. 1 Share this post Link to post
AriannAdams 3 Posted August 7, 2013 Yes! I am talking about the Lohan masterpiece. The ending was the best part. First because it ended (no-brainer), but two Schrader did something I thought he wasn't going to film, but did. Break the fourth wall. Classic! The Canyons does make The Room watchable. It's so redic. Text tv had to be one of my favorite scenes of the film. Made no sense, but imma go with it. Share this post Link to post
lolholm 5 Posted August 7, 2013 Lohan films are as yet untapped on the show right? So much good material there. Share this post Link to post
seanotron 2307 Posted August 7, 2013 Lohan films are as yet untapped on the show right? So much good material there.  They've done several, actually.  I Know Who Killed Me  Liz & Dick Share this post Link to post
lolholm 5 Posted August 7, 2013 Hehe, I'm even caught up now, so I have no excuse for not knowing. Just lazy on my part. Share this post Link to post
SlidePocket 707 Posted August 7, 2013 According to Rotten Tomatoes based on its 23% rating, they considered the film to be oppressively misanthropic, was shot ineptly and serves as a sour footnote in Paul Schrader's career, but says that it does feature some decent work from Lindsay Lohan in her late-period career. Â It was ineptly made?!, considering Schrader's famous background in his directing and writing career? Share this post Link to post

(Yes, I know he's better known for writing "Taxi Driver" and "Raging Bull," but I really liked "Mishima.") I put the blame on Bret Easton "Kathryn Bigelow is only an acclaimed director because she's hot" Ellis. Share this post Link to post
jarrycanada 2483 Posted August 8, 2013 I'll have to give this movie another go.. Have to be in the right mood for it. Share this post Link to post

Blueman29X 72 Posted August 12, 2013 i blame all the bad things i encounter on bret easton ellis and that blame is only rarely misplaced And nobody could blame you for it. I mostly know Brett Easton Ellis as the "it doesn't get better" guy. I hear that he spends his free time punching sick children. It's probably just a rumor, but it wouldn't surprise me if there was some truth to it. 1 Share this post Link to post
seanotron 2307 Posted August 12, 2013 I believe the amazing Drew Droege talked about how awful Brett Easton Ellis is in the Liz & Dick episode. Seriously, check out that guy's Twitter feed. It is amazing in its awfulness. Share this post Link to post
jcbsides 0 Posted December 29, 2013 The director of Raging Bull, the "porn star next door", and Lindsey Lohan. What could possibly go wrong? Apparently a lot. RyanMcKenna 2 Posted October 3, 2015 Lindsay Lohan and a real life porn star acting as just an actual actor (and a few other people) battle it out for who can act worse. Lots of sex and full frontal nudity including Lohan's tits and some limp dicks. Seriously, if not for the production value, this movie rivals Birdemic. This was supposed to be Lohan's comeback? It's truly the rock bottom of her career and that's saying a lllllllooooooooooootttttt. Share this post Link to post
Kngdkdkssl 56 Posted October 6, 2015 They just released this on Netflix. Holy shit. Just. The Canyons. Share this post Link to post
RyanMcKenna 2 Posted October 9, 2015 I started this thread and recommended this movie and you'd think I remember how it ends. Nope. Not a clue. It was so painfully boring and terrible that I actually think my brain blocked it out as to preserve itself. Share this post Link to post
RyanMcKenna 2 Posted October 9, 2015 I see now that I didn't start this thread but I revived it. I'm sorry. I think I truly committed a crime against humanity. I deserve punishment. It's just the worst movie I've ever seen. I really think that's true. Share this post Link to post
