joel_rosenbaum 1269 Posted August 8, 2014 I remember seeing this movie during its VHS release in the early 1990s. Â Dolph Lundgren vehicles are all over this forum, and for good reason. Â Although it came out a few months earlier, this movie feels like a ripoff of Predator 2. Like so many movies of its era, this movie is loaded with drug war tropes. Compact disc technology plays a huge role in this film. The bad guy has about one line in the movie that he repeats ad nauseum. Here I was thinking an action movie would have a cop who does things by the book. I'm curious to see a movie where EVERY cop on the force is a cop that plays by his own rules. It'd either be the most awesome team ever assembled, as they seem to be the only guys that really know what's up in a regular movie, or it would be the clusterfuck to end all clusterfucks since they're so shitty at working with others.
