If you're lucky enough not to have seen this movie the basic plot is Rob Schneider is a cop who responds to a 911 call but is in a horrible car crash -caused by a penguin- and when a deranged scientist saves his life by putting animal parts inside him Rob becomes a super human animal man and hilarity ensues Share this post Link to post
