My sister got excited when she saw that Teen Witch is available on Netflix, and that got us talking about other bad movies that we loved when we were kids. After a very in depth discussion breaking down the amaze-balls choreography in Once Bitten, this little gem popped into my head. My Demon Lover, starring Scott Valentine, aka Nick Moore (aka Mallory's hot piece from Family Ties). I think we mostly watched this one again and again because we had huge crushes on him (because we knew him as Mallory's hot, dumb piece of man-meat), and he had a place of honor amongst our Bop and Teen Beat pinups. We also loved monster movies, so it was a win-win for us. It's seems like it's pretty easy to find too. $2.99 gets you a rental on Amazon and YouTube, so please, please, please look into doing this one. I think it would make for a really fun episode! Here's a link to the trailer:

With Halloween approaching, this would be ideal HDTGM candidate. It is an epic fail on all levels that was inexplicably made by a legend in the genre, John Carpenter. It is by far Carpenter's worst film and apparently the only one he refuses to speak about. If his version of "The Thing" is considered the greatest remake of all time, then he has the distinction of also directing the worst. The children are laughable, the acting is abysmal (except for Chris Reeve) and it is loaded with a Who's Who of B -Listers: Kirstie Alley, Luke Skywalker, Crocodile Dundee's wife and the dude from Streets of Fire. The whole thing screams "You're paying me in cash, right?" As far as unintentional comedy goes, this one is off the charts. Please make this happen.

I searched and didn't see a separate topic for it. I know Tobe Hopper just passed, so what better way to honor him than contemplating exactly what him and Robert Englund were thinking when they made this batshit crazy hunk of crap. Ted Lavine (Buffalo Bill) turns in a pretty entertaining performance as a good cop.

My wife tweeted Paul and June a few months ago in hopes that they would do this disaster of a movie. That was before we knew this forum existed. My wife passed away 12 weeks ago but I would still love to hear the gang do this as a Halloween episode. She worked in a mom and pop video store when she was young and always contended that this was the worst movie she had ever seen. I can back that up. Hope I followed all the submission rules. Thanks guys

This would be an awesome Halloween episode, or just a great episode in general. There's so much to unpack with this one. First off, it was written by Harvey Weinstein. It also features a ton of recognizable actors and some of the shortest shorts in cinema history. One of the camp counselors is played by a young and slightly less bald Jason Alexander, and Holly Hunter has a small role as a teenage camper. As well as the great Fisher Stevens, who would go on to deliver an overtly racist performance as an Indian man in "Short Circuit" (1&2) .It hits a lot of the familiar slasher movie beats, some kids play a prank on the camp janitor, resulting in him being severely burned (just like in the title... get it?). He comes back a few years later to seek revenge on the campers, which basically just entails him mutilating them all with a pair of hedge tremors. It falls in line with "Sleepaway Camp", and after seeing it, I'm sure it served as an influence on "Wet Hot American Summer". It has a massive cult following, and it's free for your viewing pleasure on Youtube. http://www.imdb.com/...8/?ref_=nv_sr_2

Probably my favourite bad, bad horror film - so bad it's known by different names in almost every country: http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0096453/ I originally saw this in the mid 90s, and I borrowed it from my local video shop purely because it had a massive sticker on it that said "Banned in Queensland!" (a state in Australia, know for its conservative politics and censorship of fun things). Suffice to say, I was not disappointed. Starring David Hasselhoff (in his late 80's prime!) and Linda Blair, this is a piece of such nonsense that it's completely mesmerising. The plot is really unclear, but it has something to do with a witch wanting to kill people, and then killing them in really ridiculous ways. The acting in it so, so wooden. It's available to stream on Amazon, so if you're after some bad Halloween horror, this is perfect. And I love the trailer for this - so explicit/gory for a trailer: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cqWVDyfU51Y
