So what's up with no more phrases after the closing the plug bag theme?

PFT and Tiny were the main contributors, still I really liked that running gag and I thought the whole reason the recorded a new theme was so they could restart that from square one. But even in "Little Whittle Whistle" PFT makes reference to how he expected there to be his tag on there from a previous episode.
