It's an erotic thriller starring Katherine Heigi playing a crazy sociopath stalker. I haven't seen it yet, but I've heard this is one crazy batshit movie.

Apparently there is some sort of twist ending but because no one saw this shitty looking film, there aren't any spoiler synopsis out online yet, sort of like what happened with Nine Lives a few months back. Literally, one of the many "ending explained" videos on Youtube is a guy reading the wikipedia blurb summary, saying he thinks there will be a twist, and to comment to tell HIM if he was right.
