I just use a regular ol' spoon and put it in the dishwasher. I don't know why everyone is weirded out about cat food getting near their other dishes.

Sorry to rush to post, July but I had to comment on CENTER STAGE. 

Not really weirded out with the cat food touching other dishes, so long as they have been washed. I think I am more disturbed by the image of it sitting in the sink and smelling? Thought getting a dedicated spoon might be a way the caller could suggest it in a nice fun (look it’s a spoon that looks like a kitty) way and not a “you are disgusting” way.

It's in my shopping cart. My cat is a weirdo and loves mostly dry food but sometimes I but him canned tuna or salmon in water as a treat. To this day I don't like using salad forks because my mom would use them for the cat food.
