In case you're confused, "Soverign Citizens" believe that everybody has legal identity that only exists on paper and another individual identity that represents their own individual self. When the accused says, 'Person' he is referring to his paper identity; when he says 'individual, settler, or agent' he is referring to himself as a person. The accused thinks that the 'Person' david hall is accused of the crime and that the 'individual' (his actual self, also named David Hall) is acting as an agent for the person in the court room.
