This video is my "Bread and Butter" moment. I am completely obsessed with every single thing about this... The lyrics that include "Schwarzenegger neck" and "cutest little gluteus". The gentleman in blue on the front right side because I can't tell if his unitard has an ab cutout window or not but I choose to believe that it does. The fact that aerobics championships were a thing. AND THE SONG IS ACTUALLY CATCHY DAMN IT!

 

I can't stop watching, and I also can't get anyone I know to watch it. I really feel they are missing out.

I just posted this in the episode 57 thread, but this is a clip from a crazy old Seattle Cable Access Network show in the early to mid 1990s. I used to watch this guy almost every Saturday night for a long time. He would just rant and rave for a half hour while his followers would silently stare at the camera; sometimes "The Reverend" would just stare for the entire duration. It was hard to tell if it was a put-on, a performance art thing, or an actual crazy dude -- there were many of them on public access.
