I own this movie on VHS! Jack Frost is also known as the last major film Michael Keaton made before going into semi-retirement. And it's too bad that his career had to regularly end with this.

Oh man, I remember seeing Jack Frost on an airplane when I was 11 or 12. I know I hated it but I had an aisle seat and nothing to read but SkyMall. So I watched most of it and then immediately tried to forget it. Here's a dialogue highlight from Roger Ebert's review:

Actually, I'd prefer the guest to be 1980s Henry Rollins just to see the reaction of the guy who did vocals on songs like "My War" and "Depression" seeing himself in a Christmas movie about a snowman and starring the guy from Beetlejuice.

 

I would also gladly take present-day Rollins. He is a veteran of terrible movies.

I have to say, I like Michael Keaton in this role a lot better than I imagine what George Clooney would be like. But yeah, death by stabbing or poison.
