Crazy. Earlier today i listened to a a WTF from 2010 with MattyB where they talked about Barry Crimmins so I spent some time looking him up and absorbing his whole deal. Good stuff.

If you'd like to hear more from Barry about this, I would highly recommend:

(he appears 47 minutes in.)

Barry Crimmins and Sam [seder] remember the Boston comedy scene. Understanding Barry’s unique relationship to stand up comedy. Why are progressives comedians called political and reactionaries are considered “fun”. The time Barry Crimmins wouldn’t shake Henry Kissinger’s hand. Where you can see the Bobcat Goldthwait directed, documentary Call Me Lucky, about Barry’s story as a victim of sexual abuse and evolution as a human rights activists. How Barry Crimmins took on AOL’s profiting from child pornography. Barry’s quest to get excommunicated and The Church’s systemic coverage of abuse.

Will Hines reminds me of a sexy Clint Howard... maybe I shouldn't have had this bottle of chardonnay before listening.

I had to look at my phone while driving (which is dangerous) to make sure I wasn't listening to WTF during that first segment! Great ep, and certainly the closest I've ever come to shedding a tear while listening to CBB

I desperately wanted Brad Hammerstone to jump in.

yeah, very enjoyable stories about Robin Williams. That makes 2 CBBs this year that brought out the waterworks (NFAP4).

Bobcat is a great guest. Wish he was on more often because he was really enjoying Frank Frank. I love Wengerts characters. they are so droll but hilarious. Russ from Ross was great and his multi episode reveal that he was playing Scrooge Mcduck was as well. Was this Hines' 1st appearance? good stuff all around!

I hope the closing up the plug bags tags are finely done. it's so long and Natasha's laugh at the end is the perfect tag.

I think my favorite part of the show (other than the comedy) is when the guests bust each other up. Grep for sure.
