JulyDiaz 2797 Posted January 30, 2017 Paul F. Tompkins welcomes himself to welcoming you back to Spontaneanation! This week, Paul’s special return guest is stand-up comedian Cameron Esposito of Take My Wife and Put Your Hands Together! They chat about what happens if the Supreme Court gets rid of Roe v. Wade, dog x-rays, and figuring out a group address to replace "guys." Paul is then joined by Jeremy Carter, Colleen Smith and Gary Anthony Williams, to improvise a story set in A Family-Owned Bagel Shop. And as always, Eban (only the best) Schletter scores it all on piano! Share this post Link to post
ApathyMonger 309 Posted January 30, 2017 Small issue, but can whoever puts the episodes on Soundcloud go back to putting the name of the guests/improvisers is the episode title. When looking back it makes it much easier to remember which is which than "97 A Family-Owned Bagel Shop" or "96 The Bell House: Live from The Bell House," like the last few episodes. Kickpuncher 5012 Posted January 31, 2017 "Beach Boys songs have the statistics on that different." Weird coincidences that today's CBB and Spont both featured discussions of bagels and Scott/Paul not being able to say a certain word in the Blue Apron ad. Share this post Link to post

It's kind of frightening how often Spont and CBB have similar references in the same week, even though the episodes were probably shot months apart. Share this post Link to post

The Spider-Gentleman 114 Posted February 9, 2017 I loved Colleen's introduction today. "Colleen! How are you?" "I'm fine. Breathing in and out." Share this post Link to post
