It is worth pointing out that there are really just a couple of dissenters here, and only one I've seen who was just rambling hateful shit. Those SNL dudes a week or so back had a decent amount of hate in the forums despite the fact that they are a couple white guys who have given us some good eps in the past. Not saying gender or sexuality doesn't play into this kind of thing for some, but to act like non-minorities get a free pass here is not exactly accurate.

The worst thing said in that one was "not my favourite episode" and "wasn't really feeling it". A few of the people in this one have let out hateful bullshit and directly called her out, the first one without even having heard the episode considering how fast he/she(who am I kidding here?) posted.

 

This was an extremely fun ep, as good as any of the best ones so far this year. I guess it's just a reminder that these forums can be the wasteland of reddit or the comment section on a thinkpiece article from time to time.

I am having trouble finding anyone (besides that first dude) who even made the slightest mention of her being a lesbian woman. Actually, the only people that seem to be so fixated on her sex/gender are the one's defending her. Maybe you all have the hangups and overcompensate through--to quote real-estate magnate Stan Sitwell--your PC white-knightery?

 

EDIT: Just did a quick double check. And yeah, the fixation on her personal life is being perpetrated by the defenders. I have no horse in this race, but I just think that says something, when all of you get up in arms trying to out-PC one another, yet you're the ones making sure we all define her by her sex/gender. Ah, the cyclical nature of PC culture. The white elite making sure we're all following the rules they've put in place for us in the name of equality.

This episode was good. Honestly my only complaint would be how PFT and Gourley steered things in a direction pretty similar to their last canonical appearance i.e. Stealwater appears unbeknownst to JW, blows his cover, then escapes in a convoluted way. Richard Harrow was a welcome bbbonus, but whatever happened to the League of Keepers or whatever it was called?
