I thought he said it was on Hulu and I was thinking this free month of Hulu is really paying off. It's not on there. Pen15 is on Hulu though and it's amazing.

Maybe I'll watch Valley of the Gwangi instead, that looks awesome

Yeah, I think he said you could find it on Amazon for 1.99, but I don’t see that option now. Anyway, I was looking for this movie and the results cracked me up. Go home, Google, you’re drunk.

I learned about this story from my intellectual property law circle on twitter. Some girl put Jason Momoa on Samoas to sell them and all the Moms went crazy for them. It's not a particularly complicated legal question (it's illegal), but it's fun and we trademark lawyers like stuff like this haha

Isn't that what the forums are for tho?

I got some Tagalongs too, and I regret to tell everyone, they’re not as good as we remember Thin Mints are still A-Plus, Number 1, Best Cookies.

I know we've talked about this before but as a non-American here is my knowledge of these cookies. There are thin mints which are the most beloved, then you have a Filipino language cookie that has peanut butter, a small pacific island cookie which has coconut and is very controversial over liking and tri-foils which are boring and plain and nobody really likes or cares about. Am I just bitter and jealous I cannot eat them? Yes.

Just wanted to give everyone a heads up that it’s Girl Scout Cookie time again. I’ve got a box of Thin Mints (i.e. the perfect cookie) cooling in the fridge right now. Go out and get some you Cookie Monsters!

I'm so confused. I was trying to search JustWatch to see what streaming services have the Harry and Meghan film available, however, all but two of the options for it are linking to a 52 min documentary about them instead. The two that do work are BUY links and that's NOT WHAT I WANT. But yeah, Paul said that he watched the film on Hulu and thought it was still available. I guess not.

That’s what I thought he said. I even tried Freeform, goddamn it! Freeform!

Did they not take your call? I'm also not sure if listeners of this podcast would give an accurate reflection of "real" people anyway. (As a point of reference, the 4 American-made 2018 films on the IMDb top 250 are Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse, Avengers: Infinity War, Green Book, and Bohemian Rhapsody. Personally, I feel like hearing someone give a 5-star review of Bohemian Rhapsody would have felt a bit too much like a certain HDTGM segment.) I thought it was a nice episode, and I'm glad they touched on things like Searching and Shoplifters and even A Simple Favor which was certainly enjoyable if not cinematically important. I would have liked a Hearts Beat Loud shoutout or maybe some talk about Minding the Gap, but I suppose I should have called in then!

This is another spoiler for what my thoughts on this movie are, but... although I traditionally identify as a heterosexual male (unless I'm watching a Thor movie or listening to Neil Gaiman speak), I think I need to expand whatever my sexual orientation is in some way to make sure it includes "David Byrne in a cowboy hat driving a car."
