I start my new job tomorrow and I'm very nervous about it rn.

To deal with my anxiety, I'm telling myself it is just like any other Monday night and another great as usual episode will come out tomorrow and you will listen to it on your way to work and just like any other Tuesday at your old job, you won't be able to hide your HH-induced grin from the receptionist who will think you are crazy and you will try to convince her that you're not crazy by making up a story about how you just were thinking about the funny cat video you watched the other day and that's why you are grinning but unfortunately she loves cat videos and asks you to send her a link and so you spend the next 2 hours searching YouTube for a cat video funny enough to elicit the type of grin you've had on your face since you walked in but nothing seems funny enough and so then you start looking at funny raccoon videos because you don't think she'll really remember that you said cat and not raccoon but by the time you find an acceptable video (panda video, you did not "get" the raccoon-based humor) everybody including the receptionist has already left for the day and you are pretty sure she knows you're lying about having seen a funny cat video and it's too late to do anything about it so you just decide that it's not that big of a deal and you'll worry about it tomorrow. Maybe you can tell her your computer had a virus that day and so you couldn't send her the funny cat video and now it's been removed from YouTube for copyright infringement or maybe you can just record a video yourself, like a 2 hour video of a cat stuffed animal with a voice over of you reading Kanye west tweets and occasionally saying "meow" and when she looks confused and worried about you, you'll tell her it's anti-comedy and it's hilarious but she just doesn't get it and before you know it it will be Tuesday again and another great Hollywood handbook episode will be released and she probably will have forgotten about the whole cat thing by then anyway.

 

TL;DR: I am so freakin stoked for this Jon Daly Hollywood Handbook episode

Hope you have a great first day, and that you're not so nervous that you feel too embarrassed to ask where the office supplies are located and instead frantically rush to Staples during lunch to personally purchase 500 manila envelopes that you then have to shamefully/ineffectively sneak back to the office so you can complete the ONE SIMPLE TASK you've been given on your first day...

 

But, I'm sure that won't happen, because that would be ridiculous. And I definitely didn't do it twice!

I have to wear a wrist brace for carpal tunnel at work but I don't want my co-workers to see any weakness so I told them it's an athletic harness to speed up my thumb while I'm playing pogs. I told them my "team" is in a pretty "high-end league" and that I need to schedule a bunch of days off so I could compete in the "tournament" and win a prize for my "cousin" who is dying of "cancer". You see my cousin's last wish was that I teamed up with my old pogs partner, my ex-wife "Leah". The woman who broke my heart after I lost the ability to "slam the jammer" and left me for my sworn rival "Davide". But did she leave me or did I push her away? The only way to find out the truth is to reform the old team and compete in the 2016 Pog Pound Tournament of Champions to win the grand prize. Perhaps along the way I'll learn a little about friendship and a lot about love.

I would say up to this point I think everything Hayes and Sean have ever said on HH is good and right and sometimes funny but that isn't the point to be funny they are just trying to help people out.

 

So I don't know how they could be so wrong about the pronunciation of Bunnicula. #TeamDaly #HayesAndSeanBadReadingGuys
