I just want to second the fact that Bill Macy is a true renaissance man. Not only is he a great actor, but he can write and direct as well. Also a very little known fact he is an amazing keyboard player as well. In fact in the early 80s before his acting really took off he was the keyboardist for the band Dog Police. Don't believe me just watch the music video for their titular song. Is that William H Macy? No. Does it look like him? Kinda. Was this an excuse to get more people to watch this weird music video? Yes!

The cool part is that they are paying all the engineers on the episode a more than very fair amount for contributing to the podcast and acting as talent. Im so proud of them for setting that precedent. Hopefully other podcasts take note and stop exploiting these poor saps.

It got worse again. Kate had to come back in and make an announcement to JUST LEAVE AMY ALONE! It was straight up t to b bonkers how much people were picking on her. Some real douchebags too. One post I saw literally was damning Amy because she didn't understand something in The Searchers was a metaphor and I've never seen someone cut someone else down the way this topic did, and I just had to comment and say "Oh wow, it's almost as if no two people see a movie the same way and people can have different opinions on something." Amy is the best and I love listening to her point of views on movies and I'm extremely thankful for Paul bringing her into my life because I legit never listened to The Canon before and since I'm such a HDTGM super fan this was a great intro to her!
